Key Personnel
Charles A. Richardson is the General Manager for ValleyNet. In his capacity, Charles is responsible for all marketing, sales, administration and operations for the company. Charles is a 35 year veteran of the telecommunications industry, holding positions of increasing responsibility in digital switching, fiber optic transport services, microwave radio installation and maintenance, network design, SS7 services, cable TV, special circuits, network management, competitive access implementation, telephone operations, and senior management. Mealony A. Kinder is the Office Manager/Accountant for ValleyNet. Mealony is responsible for the day-to-day operations for the company. She is the company's point of contact for billing questions and service order processing. Mealony also assists in providing service quotations as needed. Prior to joining ValleyNet in 1995, Mealony was employed as an Office Manager for the UVA Medical Center Physical Plant. Mealony received her associates degree in accounting from Fairmont State College and also attended Blue Ridge Community College.
Robbie Jones is the Manager of Network Provisioning Engineering for NTELOS. NTELOS provides engineering and operations support to ValleyNet. Robbie oversees the circuit and facility engineering for the company with a staff of five employees. Robbie has been employed with NTELOS for 7 years. Robbie has 12 years in the industry with work experience and training in the areas of digital switching, fiber optic equipment, network design, and SS7. Robbie can be reached at (540) 946-1825.
Linda Harris is the Network Provisioning Engineer for NTELOS directly responsible for ValleyNet's circuit provisioning. In this capacity, Linda is ValleyNet's engineering contact for circuit connects, disconnects, and rearrangements.
